User without a verified email address or a lost secure token must go through our assisted account recovery procedure. The assisted recovery procedure starts with a 2 month waiting period with no logins and a 0.1 BTC service charge. Coinsquare retains the right to cancel trading and withdrawal rights in any account suspected unauthorised access or hacking.
Coinsquare does not control the exchange value of crypto currencies and by using our services you agree in keeping Coinsquare free of any liabilities or losses, direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, however caused, induced by the market price variation of any asset for any reason.
All orders confirmed and accepted by the exchange are deemed final and are non-reversible. Coinsquare is providing you with the tools to verify your order before confirming it in order to catch a mistyped order. Coinsquare will not be responsible for losses induced by a mistyped (or wrong in any kind) placed orders. An open order may be cancelled at any time by the user but Coinsquare makes no guarantee on whether that order will be cancelled before execution. Executed orders are subject to trading fees collected in the coin settlement amount for that transaction. The trading fee rate is posted in the about section of the site and is subject to change without notice to you.
Coin deposits are subject to a minimal number of confirmations before being fully credited to your account and coin withdrawals are subject to withdrawal fees. The number of confirmations and fees are indicated in the information section for each coins. Coinsquare makes best efforts to process withdrawals and deposits in a timely manner but makes no guarantee pertaining to the timing those transfers. Coinsquare is not responsible for losses and liabilities induced by a delayed transfers.
Coins and Markets:
Coins and markets are listed at the discretion of Coinsquare and can be removed or closed at any time. If a market is closed, your open orders will be cancelled and your account credited back. If a coin is selected for removal, you will have 25 days to withdraw your funds (assuming the blockchain allows for it). Coinsquare assumes no liability or cost whatsoever arising from closed markets and coins selected for removal. Removed coins left into the user account after the withdrawal period will be forfeited.
Although Coinsquare tries to deliver you up to date market data such as quotes, order book, and charts the data is provided "as is" without any guarantee of being the latest. The data may also have typographical errors, be incomplete and inaccurate. Coinsquare will try to correct those mistakes on a best effort basis but do not necessarily commit to do so.
